The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA) Multi-Family Public Housing waiting list for 1-Bedroom apartments at Marina Vista and Alder Grove is currently open. Applications are being accepted from August 24, 2020 at 12:01 am PT, until further notice.

• Marina Vista is located at 240 Seavey Circle, Sacramento, CA 95818
• Alder Grove is located at 816 Revere Street, Sacramento, CA 95818

To apply during the opening period, visit the Marina Vista site (located at 240 Seavey Circle, Sacramento, CA 95818. Due to COVID-19, the SHRA offices are closed. The access code can be found on a sign in the Management Office window, facing Seavey Circle); or the Alder Grove site (located at 816 Revere Street, Sacramento, CA 95818. Due to COVID-19, the SHRA offices are closed. The access code can be found on a sign in Community Room window facing Revere Street) to obtain an access code. Once an access code has been obtained, complete the online application, using the given access code.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Families who have a veteran family member
• Homeless
• Displaced by natural disaster recognized by the Federal government.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
