Accessible Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of New Haven (HANH) Public Housing waiting list for Accessible apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted from June 4, 2019, until further notice.

Please note: The Housing Authority of New Haven also operates as Elm City Communities. Both names will appear on the application.

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
