Essex Townhouses Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of New Haven (HANH) is accepting Family Public Housing waiting list applications for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Essex Townhouses apartments from June 6, 2019, until further notice.

• Essex Townhouses are located at 1134 Quinnipiac Ave, New Haven, CT 06513.

Please note: The Housing Authority of New Haven also operates as Elm City Communities.

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
