Dubuque, Iowa Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The City of Dubuque Housing and Community Development Department (CDHCDD) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is closed. The waiting list usually opens on the on the second Tuesday of each month but the housing authority announced earlier in 2024 that it would not open in the months of November or December 2024. The housing authority encourages potential applicants to check the waiting list again in February 2025.
