Cedar Falls, Iowa Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Cedar Falls (HACCF) last accepted Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from the earliest confirmed open date of June 13, 2024, until further notice. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Preferences

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Families with dependent children under the age of 18, who have legal domicile in Cedar Falls or work in Cedar Falls.
• Elderly Head of Household (62 years or older).
• Disabled Head of Household.
• Families with dependent children under the age of 18, who do not have legal domicile in Cedar Falls.
• Single non-elderly, non-disabled individuals.

Selection Process
