The Salina Housing Authority (SHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, call the SHA office at (785) 827-0441 to request a pre-application be mailed to you.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be mailed to the SHA office at 469 S 5th St., Salina, KS 67401.

This waiting list has following preferences: Live or work in Salina, persons living in a homeless shelter.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
