Frankfort, Kentucky Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Frankfort Housing Authority (FHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open until further notice.

There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the HAF to pick up an application, located at 590 Walter Todd Drive, Frankfort, KY 40601.
2. Download and print the application online here.

Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 9:00 am until 11:00 am ET; and 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm, on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The following documentation is required with the application: Birth Certificates and Social Security Cards for all household members, photo IDs for all adult household members, and proof of all income, criminal history report for every adult household member for all states they have lived in.

Preferences are unconfirmed.
