Tempe, Arizona Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The City of Tempe Housing Authority (THA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is closed.

The THA last accepted applications for this waiting list from February 10, 2023, until March 13, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Live or work in the city of Tempe.

3,000 applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
