Pontiac, Michigan Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Pontiac Housing Commission (PHC) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from January 24, 2021, until January 29, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limit for each household size were as follows:

• 1 Person $27,500 | 5 People $42,400
• 2 People $31,400 | 6 People $45,550
• 3 People $35,350 | 7 People $48,700
• 4 People $39,250 | 8 People $51,850

There were no preferences.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery.
