Lapeer, Michigan Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Lapeer Housing Commission (LHC) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is closed.

The LHC last accepted applications for this waiting list from August 29, 2022, until September 6, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

There were two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Print the paper application.
2. Pick up the application from the LHC.

Once the application was completed, it was either:

1. Mailed to Lapeer Housing Commission.
2. Faxed to the LHC
3. Emailed to the LHC.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• People who work, or live within the city limits of Lapeer.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
