Boyne City, Michigan Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Boyne City Housing Commission (BCHC) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open, since at least February 15, 2019, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply:

1. Complete the application at the BCHC office, located at 829 South Park Street, Boyne City, Michigan, 49712, Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm.
2. Pick up an application at the BCHC office, at the above address, Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm, ET.  

Once the application has been completed, it must be:

1. Mailed to the Boyne City Housing Commission, 829 South Park Street, Boyne City, Michigan, 49712.
2. Dropped off at the  BCHC office at the address above, during office hours.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Elderly, Disabled, Live or Work in Charlevoix County and Live or Work in Boyne City,Michigan.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
