Clark County, Nevada Non-Elderly Disabled Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority (SNRHA) Non-Elderly Disabled Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. It was last open for non-elderly disabled households for one day in May 2016. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to call the SNRHA. No applications were available or accepted in person or by mail.

This waiting list had the following preferences: Working 20 hours per week or more, full time student in an accredited school or training program, receiving SSI/SSD or proof of inability to work, live or work in Clark County, disabled veteran or spouse, spouse of deceased veteran, veteran.

As of June, 2018, there are 14,000 households on the Section 8 (Housing Choice Voucher) waiting list.
