Multi-County, Nevada Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Nevada Rural Housing Authority (NRHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is closed.

The NRHA last accepted applications for this waiting list on December 9, 2022, until December 16, 2022. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were listed on the NRHA website.

This waiting list had the following preference:

• Applicants with a landlord willing to participate in the HCV program or if the applicant has located a unit they will move into where the landlord is willing to accept the voucher.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
