Plattsburgh, New York Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Plattsburgh Housing Authority (PHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open. Applications are being accepted from May 1, 2018, until further notice.

Plattsburgh, NY is about 160 miles north of Albany, NY.

To apply during the opening period, open and print the application online. Select the "2018 PHA Sec 8 Application" Part 1 and Part 2 links.

Once the paper application has been completed, the "Part 1" document must be either:

1. Mailed to the PHA at 4817 South Catherine St, Plattsburgh, NY 12901.
2. Emailed to either [email protected] or [email protected].

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Live in Clinton County
• Applicant or family member works, is hired to work, or attends school in Clinton County
• Homeless
• Displaced by government (federal, state, or local) action
• Participant of the Shelter Plus Care Program, and are within 3 months of completing the requirements
• Applicant or family member is a victim of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking
