Cohoes, New York Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Cohoes Housing Authority (CHA) is accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from February 1, 2019 at 8:30 am ET, until further notice.

Preferences

This waiting list has the following preferences: Live or work in Albany County.

Selection Process

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.

Application Method

There are two ways to apply, while the waitlist is open:

1. Print the paper application.
2. Pick up an application at the CHA office, located at 100 Manor Sites, Cohoes, New York 12047 from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm ET.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Mailed to the CHA office,100 Manor Sites, Cohoes, New York 12047.
2. Dropped off at the CHA office at the address above during office hours.
