Oneonta Housing Authority Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Oneonta Housing Authority (NY) has opened the waiting list for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program; no closing date has been identified.Oneonta, NY is 1.25 hours west of Albany, 1 hour NE of Binghamton, 1.75 hours SE of Syracuse. 

Application:

• Request an application be mailed to you by calling 607-432-0170, during the hours of 9 am - 4:30 pm.
• Visit the housing authority office to pick up an application, located at: 2 Mitchell St., Oneonta, NY 13820, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 9:00am and 4:30pm.

Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. No documents are needed at this time.

This housing authority does not have a preference, your application is placed by date and time received.
