Lockport, New York Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Lockport Housing Authority (LHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open. Pre-applications are being accepted since at least July, 2019, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Open and print the paper pre-application online. Select the "Applications can be downloaded HERE" link in the How to Apply section.
2. Pick up an application at the LHA office, located at 301 Michigan Street, Lockport, NY.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be returned to the Lockport Housing Authority office at the address above.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• A single person who is elderly or disabled
• Families with dependent children

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
