Wayne County, New York Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Newark Housing Authority (NHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open until further notice.

To apply, download and print the application online. Click the link titled "Application for Assistance."

The following documentation is required when submitting the application: Birth certificates and Social Security Cards for all members of the household, and photo ID of all adult members of the household.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Victims of domestic violence, veteran, working family

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
