Niagara Falls, New York Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The City of Niagara Falls (CONF) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is closed.

The CONF last accepted applications for this waiting list from January 9, 2023, until January 23, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Homeless individuals and families.
• Families of more than one person.
• Elderly or disabled single person households.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
