Union, Endicott, and Vestal, New York Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Town of Union Planning Department (TUPD) is accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from February 8, 2016, until further notice.

To apply while the waitlist is open:

1. Complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Local preference (Town of Union includes the following communities: Endwell, Endicott, Johnson City and Town of Vestal).
• Town of Union residents displaced by a natural disaster (FEMA documentation required)
• Families who reside in the Town of Union and who work or are hired to work at least 20 hours in the Town of Union, or who receive income based on inability to work
• Families who reside in the Town of Union but do not meet the above working preference
• Non-Town of Union residents with a working preference
• Non-Town of Union residents without a working preference
• All others

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
