Spartanburg County, South Carolina Limited Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Spartanburg Housing Authority (SHA) last accepted Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications on a limited basis for Working Families for one day only on October 19, 2023. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waiting list was open, in person applications were accepted at the SHA office.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Working families who are verified as working 30 or more hours per week for six consecutive months.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
