Area 3 Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) last accepted Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications for Area 3 for one day only on June 26, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Involuntary Displacement Due to Natural Disaster
• Local Residency
• Elderly or Disabled Families

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, weighed by order of preferences.
