I've got 2 Culinary Degrees as well as a Chef's (Business) Degree. I have worked at many 5 star restaurants including Del Frisco's, Eddie V's, The Omni, Hilton/Sheraton, as well as The Four Seasons. I started my restaurant as well as catering company in 2018!!! My company has clients such as the Mayor's office, US Treasury, and The Star (Dallas Cowboys). I was nominated Hometown Hero 4 times in 7 years for my contribution in feeding the Homeless throughout DFW.
