Hey everyone! My name is Derek and besides friends and family, playing guitar is what I am most passionate about. I have always been drawn to the instrument and helping others learn to be able to play what they enjoy and help express themselves through the instrument. Everyone has different goals, interests, and learning styles which I will be more than happy to cater to and come up with lessons you will enjoy and push you.
My main goal is to take the knowledge I’ve accumulated over the years along with the things I wish I knew when I started and make it easy for my students. I know there’s thousands of teachers out there, YouTube videos, online lessons, you name it so I really appreciate you taking the time to give me a shot!
