I am a Certified Hypnotherapist and EFT practitioner located in Los Angeles, CA. I became fascinated with hypnosis the day I was able to change my very own habits! I had a nail-biting problem. I was working on it for a while but nothing really helped until I tried self-hypnosis. After I discovered the power of my mind, I asked 'What else can I change in my life?'. I changed my career, I increased my self-esteem significantly and I've been dedicated to helping others to do the same thing to themselves!
I graduated from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute (HMI), the respected college of hypnotherapy, in the U.S. where I learned extensive knowledge about hypnosis and other therapeutic approaches as well as completing an internship in hypnotherapy. Every single day, I keep adding new knowledge to my practice with experience and recent research.
We will use heightened levels of creativity and imagination. You will meet with your 'real' self and discover what are you really looking for. You will find an absolutely non-judgemental and safe space to express your unique self.
I believe that I am very easy to connect with and I can empathize with clients. I am a firm supporter of the mind-body connection. Clients will be able to heal their minds and see the amazing surprises that come along in their bodies!
