I am a holistic healer, specializing in Hypnotherapy, Guided Imagery, Life Coaching and EFT. I work primarily with issues concerning anxiety and stress management. However, I believe that my method and the tools that I implement in my sessions can help with any issue ranging from weight loss, addiction, and pretty much any habit you would like to change.
My goal is to be able to guide my clients. In guiding them, I provide them with the tools necessary to make changes in their thinking and replace old belief systems with new ones that serve them and provide a path to their best life. It’s a combination of drowning out all that outside influence and finding that inner knowing, allowing your self to navigate through life responding to events as opposed to reacting to them and releasing any judgement of our own thoughts and emotions. Allowing yourself to feel your emotions is a key aspect to all of this.
If you are looking to change your life and your mindset, you have found the right place! It is a journey and takes work and can become very uncomfortable, but the pay off is well worth all the work. A bit about how I got here. I went through a very rough point in my life, I was dealing with anxiety and stress that was through the roof. After finding that western medicine was not working for me, I decided to try alternative ways to dealing with stress. Once I realized how much hypnotherapy, mindfulness, breathwork and other remedies benefited me, I felt the pull to help others and decided to become a hypnotherapist and life coach myself. Since then I have implemented many tools to help others find that just right self-care routine.
I would like to give the gift that was given to me. We all go through tough times and we need a way to be able to move through them with grace and ease and without judgement. We are observers and life is going to have its bumps in the road and by learning to go with the flow and ride the waves you can have a peaceful serene existence no matter what is thrown your way.
