Although I am an ordained and licensed Christian Minister, I work with clients from all types of backgrounds, respecting others’ worldview, and do not bring up religion or faith in coaching sessions unless my client asks me to.
After working with hundreds of individuals and couples, I have found that most people, while they may not even be aware of it, have in their Unconscious Minds either Negative Emotions that are weighing them down or Limiting Beliefs that are holding them back, or both. For people who have them, such blocks are deeply rooted emotions and decisions that they don’t even realize that they have, resulting from past significant emotional events. Although rooted in the past, such blocks are interfering with their life today.
That’s why one of my specialties is helping clients release Negative Emotions (e.g., Anger, Sadness, Fear, Hurt, Guilt), delete Limiting Beliefs (e.g., “I’m not good enough,” “I’ll never be able to”), and then set Achievable Goals in their Unconscious Mind so that their goals will be achieved.
I also help people learn how to better communicate with themselves (self-talk), with others (including both verbal and body language), as individuals or small groups, and with audiences, ranging from public speaking to mass media campaigns, to be more influential and persuasive.
