My expertise is in habits, behavior, and creating and strengthening a healthy lifestyle. I help my clients understand and adjust the anatomy of their behavior to create a sustainable work/play balance that meets their unique needs.
As a certified Integrative Wellness and Life coach with 12 years experience working with individuals in their pursuit of health, wellness and life balance, I approach coaching and nutrition from a holistic-life model.
If you are looking for a coach or nutritionist that is going to tell you what to eat or how to change, that is not me. I work with clients to discover what works for them, cultivating mindfulness of their behavior and what is and isn't working.
My foremost goal in working with clients is to build their self awareness and confidence to take charge of their own wellness over time, support them in understanding their "wellness equation" so they can make changes as their lives inevitably change over time.
With a Masters in Health Behavior, and as an integrative wellness coach, nutritionist, yoga instructor, I am trained to support my clients in the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual body systems.
In most cases, what we see as the symptoms of our "problem" is rooted in and impact other areas of our lives, often without our seeing the connection. Because I work holistically, we are able to see those connections and take care of them from all angles over time.

With an expert ear, we begin to put together the puzzle of what your intentional-life looks like, using research-based strategies and techniques for a balanced life.
I love being able to offer new tools, techniques and resources to my clients that they can "try on for size" in their wellness until they find something that fits really well for them.
