I partner with coaching clients who feel "stuck" so they can listen to their own inner mentor. My approach combines my experience as a Master Certified Life Coach with 20+ years as a storyteller, anthropologist, and professor. Creativity, positivity, and action are central to my coaching. We'll work together to build stories about your present and your aspirational future that guide you towards your life goals. Check-ins between sessions will keep you on track and focused.

I entered coaching to be of service to others, and to help others dig deep into their wisdom and insight so that they can trust they are their own best mentor. I know I've succeeded with a client when they've developed the resources to coach themselves and no longer need my services. Let's have a 20 min introductory call and see if we're a fit!
