I have overcome years of several types of abuse and the trauma of my mother committing suicide and trying to take my life at the age of 13 and years of abuse and trauma.
Hi, my name is Shirley Buck,
and I am a mindset coach specializing in trauma and abuse. I am also a reiki master.
I help people who struggle with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem due past trauma, or old belief systems that hold them in a state of unhappiness and despair.
