All payments for sessions and programs are non-refundable once booked. This includes single sessions, multi-session programs, and any custom packages.
If you need to reschedule, we require at least 24-hour notice. Your payment will be credited toward a future session.

• Programs must be used within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We are fully committed to your success and will apply all payments as credits toward rescheduled sessions if proper notice is given.
