My attention to detail and dedication to my craft has been called flawless. I have always humbly prepared my dishes and challenge anyone to be as calm and cool as I am while preparing a 6 course regional Italian dinner.

I get to provide haute cuisine to an actual person. When working in a restaurant, creating 300 dishes a night and not meeting a single person whom got to enjoy it is almost depressing. I love being able to hear feedback from my clients; it makes me a better Chef and gives me great room for growth.
