Experienced chef originating from Italy ??with over 10 years experience. — I attended school at Alma International Italian Culinary. Founded by Gualtiero marchesi - the first chef to obtain 3 Michelin stars in Italy. Since that time I have spent time in Italy , France, Mexico and the United States at various Michelin Star restaurants. These positions have rounded me into the chef I am today. Dedicated and creative - I strive to push myself as far as I can go in the culinary world.

My dishes are created with high quality and unique ingredients like my dad extra vergin olive oil from Sicily , so I can guarantee an authentic flavor as the Italian tradition wants.
