I began my cooking career in the Italian restaurants of Occidental in Western Sonoma County. Over the years, I developed my repertoire to include Italian, French, Mediterranean, Japanese, Szechuan Chinese and regional American cooking styles, BBQ is a specialty.
I have worked under the tutelage of many fine chefs, most notably Robert Buschbaum of European Culinary Management Inc. and Chef Louis Perrotte from the Brittany Region of France. I was chef/proprietor of a well-known restaurant on Tomales Bay in West Marin called Barnaby's by the Bay for 20 years. Personal customized menus are a specialty.
