I am a former Exec Sous Chef at Bobby Flay's restaurant in NYC. I️ have over 14 years cooking in a restaurant industry. I am now a personal chef and I conduct cooking classes. I run a small business with my husband a French chef. We aim to give you restaurant experience in the comfort of your home or business. I love working with seasonal and natural foods. I have Caribbean background which can been seeing in some of my dishes.
I️ create custom menus for my clients. I offer individual and group classes. I also offer date night, dinner parties, brunch and meal prep services. I have experience in fine dinning but I prefer to work with simple ingredients to create complex dishes.
