Hi my name is Chris but I go by "Z". I have been in the Culinary industry since 2000. I came to Portland from Sun Valley Idaho in 1999 to go to culinary school, and feel in love. I have been very successful in the industry and acquired a vast knowledge about food. I have worked at many of Portland's restaurants like; Stanford's, Portland City Grill, Newport Seafood Grill, Thirsty Lion, Rose's Deli and Bakery, Rogue Brewery, and a couple of local breweries. Throughout my experience I have taken many recipes and procedures and created my own style that ensures a solid foundation for my new endeavor. My goal is to inspire and instruct families how to prepare there own meals instead of surviving on the fastfood nation. I would like to provide a culinary experience that they won't forget.
