My name is Brandy Fischer and I am a professional, personal chef based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. My passion for cooking started as a child. In my home, the kitchen was a place to bond with my dad, and I started cooking with him when I was barely eight years old. I fell in love with cooking and soon was making multi-course family dinners by his side, using only the freshest ingredients hand-picked at local markets every weekend.

Since culinary school, I have spent months at a time cooking for families on yachts, working on food trucks and in country club restaurants and serving as a private chef for a family.
