In my 30 years in the culinary profession I have worked in 25 of our United States cooking and learning. I have worked dive bars to 5, the mountains to the sea and from the street to the elite, constantly learning different techniques, styles and cuisines an education no school could give.
I am also experienced in banquets/catering events from a gourmet dinner for two up to a event consisting of 2000 which it was prepared and cooked in a multimillion dollar kitchen with 65 cooks and 200 banquet servers which was awesome.
I have taken my knowledge of many cuisines and cooking styles and infused them to create my style of cooking which has been enjoyed by presidents, vice presidents and Hollywood elites.
