I also make healthy eating so easy for you and your family and can work with you on eating for your goals and lifestyle, grocery shopping and how to make social events easier with your new healthy lifestyle. I've worked with ages 9-92, different goals, different levels. I've worked with knee, back, hip, shoulder issues, fibromyalgia, menieres, autism, stroke, diabetes, arthritis, flexibility, mobility, competition training. Also weight loss and weight gain and general fitness, and nutrition. I have trained in Vermilion, North Ridgeville, N.
