My name is Bentley. I have a boutique gym in Boca Raton on federal Hwy.

I charge $59 a session. First session is FREE.

My specialty is CIRCUIT TRAINING.

The sessions are geared towards weight loss, muscle tone, definition, endurance training, muscle strength, and flexibility. Regain your metabolism.

I AM ALSO A LICENSED STRETCH SPECIALIST.

I DO OFFER STRETCH ONLY SESSIONS

You do not need to buy a membership. It's FREE. It's a one on one training facility. The first visit is FREE.

I have Machines, Free Weights,Treadmills, Eliptical and Bikes. I also handle all nutrition and diets as well for FREE.

I charge $59 per 30 minute workout in my private studio. NO EXTRA FEE FOR COUPLES or PAIRS
