After a 20 years in the Fitness industry and much more in Life, I have grown to a place where I am very intentional about maintaining a spiritual state of serenity. This includes the physical body, the mind and the heart (the spiritual center of the being).
In our lightening paced culture we often find ourselves out of touch or maybe just out of sync with our inner life and this I believe can leave us susceptible to anxiety, lack of motivation and diminished hope among other things.
My services are open to those who are seeking a guide on their spiritual journey or those who are just curious about a spiritual journey. We might be a good fit if you are feeling like you are missing something inside, you feel like you are lacking purpose in life, you are struggling with anxiety in life and have tried everything, you feel trapped by your past, you are confused by or feel let down by a religious system or are trying to get in touch with yourself and seek to find or solidify your identity.
I was privileged to help many as a health and fitness coach for 20 years and have shifted my focus to coaching people on the inward life as a means to bring about our true authentic self. I have a Judeo Christian background but I am open to working with anyone and everyone as I believe we are all ONE.
