Versatile Action Fitness is more than personal training. VAF changes, inspires, and educates clients to get results. We take pride in changing lives of our clients by building life-long relationships and providing individualized, one-on-one training. We educate clients on food and nutrition, portion control, weight loss management, and proper physical activity. We have tools aiding all clients with maintaining a healthier lifestyle and reaching their goals. Our clients have 24-hour access to their assigned customized plans on their smartphone or web portal, where they can access their personalized workouts created by their trainer, document daily food intake, and monitor daily or weekly progress. VAF believes achieving fitness results are comprised of two components: 80% is maintaining a healthy diet and 20% is properly exercising. VAF believes that inspiration creates motivation and motivation will lead to better results. VAF clients get results!
