With over 27 years of experience, and a wide range of clients from professional athletes to middle school students, I am able to customize, tailor workouts and nutrition programs for each client based on their fitness levels and goals. Each client gets 200% of my best effort to meet their goals and most importantly, I enjoy what I do. I love helping others achieve their fitness goals through proper training and education.
