I have been in the industry helping people feel good about themselves physically and emotionally for over 30 years and I still love what I do!

My intention for you, my client, is to help you achieve your goals in a realistic time period while taking all safety precautions in regards to injuries, health issues and cleanliness each and every day.

I have helped people with their athletic goals for both teens and adults, pre and post-natal mom's, cardiac rehabilitation, muscular sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, weight gain, weight loss, rehabilitating injuries, athletes from all types of sports and everything in between.
