I manage and work with three corporate gyms in the area and I'm extremely detail oriented. Accountability is the biggest thing I try to teach when if comes to your fitness goals. After meeting or discussing what you're looking to accomplish, we will put together a plan of action that will put you in the proper position for success. In the planning we will discuss, schedule/frequency, location of training, diet, you're work/life balance, & medical history/limitations.
