Just because someone has muscles it doesn't mean that theyre fit, being fit is a state of mind. You can learn a lot about a persons approach to life by their approach to a workout. It all comes down to who you are as a person everything from the way you react to challenging tasks to the way you count your repetitions. These little things will make the biggest difference in the effectiveness of your workout. Not everyone wants to be grilled by a drill sergeant or have a rental gym buddy. The ability to have 1-on-1 interactions allows me to understand what training style will push you toward your goal and what will push you away.
