About

I train my clients remotely through my app. On the app I program workouts, nutrition, and send new weekly recipes! I also do daily check ins and monthly competitions.

I have a Masters degree in exercise science and rehabilitation. I am also a corrective exercise specialist, prenatal and postnatal exercise specialist, Sports Nutrition Specialist, and an ACE certified personal trainer. I like to make my workouts fun and interesting. You definitely will not get bored working out with me!

I enjoy seeing the progress my clients make and most importantly seeing their confidence grow!
