I’ve been helping golfers with their game through golf lessons and golf fitness for over a decade. I was born in Memphis, TN and learned the game 1st from my Dad (he started me at 5 years old) and then later took lessons from a local PGA Teaching Pro before eventually working with Rob Akins - David Toms Swing Coach and a Top-100 Golf Digest Instructor.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified Golf Fitness Instructor: Medical Level 2 and SFMA Certified. I’m also a practicing Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at a Foothills Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy Clinic in Surprise, AZ.
Golf lessons with me will always be focused on the fundamentals of the swing. I educate my clients to LEARN what I'm teaching them, so there is a fuller understanding of the golf swing. Once this happens, the golfer becomes empowered to learn the game and grow into a better player! There is no "flavor-of-the-month" teaching, gimmicky “hidden” methods, or “secret tricks”.
Golf is hard enough, so let's make it as simple as possible!
I also LOVE seeing my golf clients become better players. Golf is a tough sport and it can take years of practice to finally "get it". I've been playing since I was 5, and trust me when I say I've tried it ALL! There is no one perfect way for everyone to swing, but together we can establish your BODY-SWING CONNECTION and build a swing based on what your body can physically do and how it translates to the golf swing itself. This is where I connect my training from the Titleist Performance Institute to the golf swing.
***I give lessons at Arizona Traditions in Surprise: Wednesday afternoons @ 1:00, 2:00, 3:00 or Mon/Tue/Thur/Fri 6:15-7:15 PM in the Summer, and on weekends by appointment***
I also have an indoor lesson option at Foothills Sports Medicine at Greenway & Reems (Weekdays @ 6:15 PM or Weekends).
Lessons are for beginner or advanced players. We can work on the full swing, specialty shots, short game (chipping/pitching, bunker play, <80 yd shots, etc.) putting, mental game, playing lessons, golf fitness and more! I’ll always send a text or email PDF with a “Lesson Recap” with screenshots (I love to use video for feedback!) after the lesson so we can remember and review what we learned!
***My current availability for SUMMER 2025 is Wednesday afternoons (@ Arizona Traditions in Surprise) 1:00, 2:00, or 3:00 PM and Saturday or Sunday (AZ Traditions or INDOOR at Foothills) at an appointment that works for the golfer and me!
Indoor lessons can be done during the week at 6:15 PM, too, as well as weekends.

Lessons are $70 for 1 hour + recap/text/email communication between lessons!
Package of 6 lessons = $360 (reduces each to $60/lesson!)
