Hello my name is Shawn Bethea. I am a personal trainer and founder of Gladiator Strong Fitness. During my ten years career as a personal trainer, I pride myself on being a movement specialist. I provide functional exercise routines for clients to help them achieve their desired results. I have worked with clients diagnosed with bulging disks in their back and neck as well as clients who had double knee replacements who desired getting back to extreme sports like snowboarding.
I have a 4,723 sq ft gym located one block away from NOMA metro station in Washington, DC. Where clients meet with me two to three times per week and workout in the morning, mid day or evening. I also travel to client's office spaces or bring my equipment to their living room for a workout session. I work with clients on a monthly agreement which can be renewed monthly as long as my services are needed.
Often it is seem's that people tend to lose interest in the fitness program when working out on their own. So here is the opportunity to take advantage of our world class group instruction classes as well.
