Iron Mind Wellness Nutrition & Personal Training focuses on improving overall health and fitness gradually by way of lifestyle change as opposed to cookie-cutter meal plans.
1) Our biggest benefit is accountability. We support our clients every step of the way with 24/hour accountability. We communicate daily and have unlimited access to phone calls/zoom/facetime throughout the 10-week program. Through the highs and lows - we are here with you.
2) At no point will you be asked to cut out your favorite foods or cook a specific way. We will assure you lose weight, keep it off and gain healthier habits long term.
3) You will be provided with education and resources to help you achieve your goals. We incorporate the psychology behind habits and food choices to make sure you're being supported along the way.
4) We will incorporate fitness/exercise when the time is right. Sometimes changing too much at once can be overwhelming. When you are ready for exercise, we will provide you with workouts that suit you.
5) We will eliminate self-sabotage, overeating, emotional eating, fear of failure, etc one day at a time.

Starting Iron mind wellness in 2014 my goal was to help women find a healthy way to weight loss without dieting. Throughout the years I have found the critical component in reaching one's goal is being held accountable throughout the journey. My job as a nutritionist, personal trainer, and nurse is to personalize each individual's path to success and support them until that goal is attained. I offer a 10-week nutrition program that allows me to learn my clients' lifestyles and the why behind their food habits. I then guide them on how to make the right choices without giving them a diet plan.
